Full Moon Sound Bath: Prelude to Spring

Service Description

This Full Moon sound bath will run on Friday 14th March 2025 from 7pm to 8pm at Dartford Girls Grammar School (in the old gym - same as our Monday evening yoga venue). Join me for a deeply relaxing and therapeutic sound bath under the watchful gaze of the Full Moon. I will bring together the harmonious vibrations of my drums, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and my planetary and wind gongs. This experience will help promote deep relaxation, clear stagnant energy, restore balance, facilitating a sense of peace, release and well-being. Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, or simply a moment of peace, this sound bath will offer you a space to align with the rhythms of nature and embrace the awakening energy of spring. Participants will be able to unwind, release what no longer serves them, and set intentions for both the new lunar cycle and the season of renewal ahead. Please bring a yoga mat (or something comfortable) to lay on, as well as a blanket or anything else you might need to get cosy.
