Bookings are open for my next Yoga Retreat Day which will be on Sunday 27th April 2025 at our regular venue of The Meadow Room in Cobham, Kent.
This mini retreat will run from 10am to 2pm and will include an extended yoga class, a cacao ceremony and a therapeutic sound bath (as well as tea and cake!).
