Join me for a deeply relaxing and therapeutic sound bath under the watchful gaze of the May full moon, an experience designed to align you with the rhythms of nature.

Details:

• Date & Time: Friday 16th May 2025, 7pm to 8pm

• Location: Dartford Girls Grammar School (Old Gym). You can find more details about the venue here. 

• What to Bring: please bring something comfortable to lay on - this could be a yoga mat, blanket, cushions or anything else you might need to get cosy. Do bear in mind that you will be laying (on your yoga mat) on hard flooring, so if you need extra cushioning do make sure you bring this along. I will be bringing my eye pillows along, but if you have your own eye pillows/masks please bring them too.

During this sound bath journey, I will bring together the harmonious vibrations of my drums, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and my planetary and wind gongs. This experience will help promote deep relaxation, clear stagnant energy, restore balance, facilitating a sense of peace, release and well-being.

 

Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, or simply a moment of peace, this sound bath will offer you a space to align with the rhythms of nature and embrace the awakening energy of spring. Participants will be able to unwind, release what no longer serves them, and set intentions under the full moon.
